Note: None of these funds will be applied on a regular basis until further notice. These funds will not be applied until, a month after game release, the High Council can decide on its necessity. These funds may end up being only donation based and may not be collected at all, depending on the decision made by the High Council.
The City Construction Fund is used to help the city expand and grow. Buildings that can be used by the Terminus Community (Crafter Hall, Militia Hall, etc.) will be built from its account. It may also be used to help a citizen with the last few credits he needs to build a house or other private building. This Fund will collected on a two week basis and will be relatively small.
The City Services Fund is used only to pay the "Bus Drivers, the "Charter Drivers" and the Official Banker's workers. This fund will be collected on a weekly basis in order to pay the Drivers and bankers and will be relatively small. (This fund depends on the amount of Drivers there will be if any.)
Note: These payments do not have to be paid when asked for the first time. A postponment may be given if the player in question is unable to pay at the time he is asked for the sum requested of him.
Note: The City Funds will be held in a special account controlled by the High Council. All transfers will be made directly to the Architect or Driver.
