
Star's End is split into four Sub-Divisions:
The Militia
The Secret Services
The Cavalry
The Elite Forces

The Militia will be controlled by the Major General who will assign Captains (Squad Leaders) accordingly. Each Captain will be in charge of one Infantry Squadron. Each squadron will contain about 5 Commandos, 5 Combat Droids, 2 Riflemen, 3 Marksmen, 2 Swordsmen, 2 Pikemen , 3 Carabineers, 2 Pikeman and 1 Medic. (Total of 20, the current group maximum. Numbers may vary depending on Sub-Division size)

The Secret Services will be directly controlled by the PA General who will report to the High Council of his activities. The Secret Services is composed of Bounty Hunters and Rangers. In the event of a battle during the PA General's absence, all Bounty Hunters and Rangers will fight individually against the enemy.
The Elite Forces will be lead by a Major General he will have 3 Colonels, 1 Jedi, 1 Teras Kasi Artist and 1 Squad Leader at his orders who will take command during his absence. In the case of a battle occuring during the Major General's absence, first the Jedi, then the Teras Kasi Artist and then the Squad Leader will take charge of the Elite Forces. (Numbers may vary depending on Sub-Division size)
Note: While sent on special missions, the Secret Services and the Elite Forces may be temporarily merged and used as one Sub-Division. The Major General from the Elite Forces will take charge of the Sub-Division.

Note: We at Rori Enterprises understand how lucky we would be and what an honor it would be to have just one Jedi be amongst us. I'm sure you're probably wondering about what kind of guarantees we have compared to other, older PAs. Well, for one thing, your identity will only be known, if you chose to do so, to the High Council Members (City Mayor, PA General, Production Manager) and the PA founders (York301, Krazykow741) who will be sworn to secrecy. Let me assure you that our City will be heavily guarded and set up to receive and defend Jedies from the Galactic Empire. We hope to build a Rebel Military Base and many defensive structures (Walls, Turrets, Mines, etc.) and an Elite Forces Hall, which will be able to accommodate all the Members of the Elite Forces. The Elite Forces will be equiped with a Militia Squadron whose main and possibly only abjective will be to defend all the Elite Forces Members at all costs. Obviously the number of Platoons assigned to the Elite Forces will vary depending on the size of the Elite Forces. If worse comes to worse, all Military Sub-Divisions will be ordered to defend the Elite Forces Members. Of course, we hope that this will not come to be but if it does, we'll be ready. When one can be afforded, the City Construction Fund will purchase the equivalent of a Large Armored and Defended Speeder (If possible a black market AT-AT or other large military vehicle), which will only be used by the Elite Forces for quick escapes and/or the Elite Forces' Missions. On the release of the Space Expansion, we also hope the City Construction Fund will also purchase a Starship that will be used for the same purpose as the Large Speeder. We hope this clears up the Elite Forces importance and allocations issue.
On the release of the Space Expansion, a Brigadier General will designate Squad Leaders accordingly. Each Squad Leader will command one Air Force Squadron. Each squadron will contain 10 Fighters, 5 Scouts, and 5 Heavy Fighters(Total of 20, the current group maximum. Numbers may vary depending on Space Expansion specifications).

The First Foundation is split into two Sub-Divisions:
The Crafter Hall
The Resource Collector Hall
The Crafter Hall will be controlled by the Head Crafter who may designate individual leaders (Head Weaponsmith, Head Armorsmith Head Droid Engineer). The Head Crafter will report to the Production Division Manager who will report his progress to the members of the High Council.
The Resource Collectors Hall will be lead by the Head Miner who will also be in charge of Oversea Miners and Freighters, which may added on the release of the Space Expansion.

The Second Foundation is split into five Sub-Divisions:
The Commerce Organisation
The City Construction Sub-Division
The Health Ward
The Zoo Keepers Sub-Division
The Terminus-Based Businesses
The City Services Sub-Division
The Commerce Organisation will consist of Merchants and Smugglers and will be lead by the Head Commercial Salesman. This Sub-Division will be in charge or importing and/or smuggling goods into Terminus that will be paid for by the buyers. The Commerce Organisation will be allocated a store to simplify and amplify the sales of the imported/smuggled goods. Naturally, all smuggled goods will have a higher value then the legally imported goods.
The City Construction Sub-Division will consist of Architects, and Industrialists, they will be lead by 4 to 5 Official Architects and Industrialists. This Sub-Division will be in charge of both, the construction of Governement Buildings by contract with the High Council and the construction of privately-owned buildings paid by the owner. They will alos help maintain the City Factory. The members of this Sub-Division do not have to be characters entirely devoted to the Architect/Industrialist-related skills.
The Health Ward will consist of Doctors and Medics and will be lead by the Health Wardon. The Health Ward will work in the City Hospital, where they will heal for a moderately low price to all Rebel Players in Star Wars: Galaxies. Other faction players may be healed by decision of the Health Wardon or the next commanding officer at a higher cost than usual.
The Zoo Keepers Sub-Division will consist of Creature Handlers and Rangers and will be lead by the Head Zoo Keeper. The City Zoo will raise animals that can be used for Stars' End and other Divisions that will be paid for by contract with the High Council. (This is currently just a cute idea, we'll see if we can manage to fund it.)
The Terminus-Based Businesses Sub-Division will consist of all businesses that are based in Terminus and whose Owner is a member of Rori Enterprises. All types of businesses from Cantinas to Weapon Stores will be allowed. All businesses must be approved of before they are promoted and are allowed to receive their own Board in the Business Section of our forums. The High Council detains the right to close down any business after a High Council meeting has taken place discussing the matter and business in question. A report may be asked of all businesses by the City Mayor at any time that the Owner or Second in Command is available.
The City Services Sub-Division will consist of Bankers, "Bus Drivers", Business Owners, Chefs, and Scouts and will be lead by the City Mayor.
Note: The Official Banker will be the individual member that will run The Terminus City Bank in Terminus and may hire his own workers and/or NPC salesmen that he will pay at his own costs. The City Bank can charge a banking fee of up to 5% of the transferred money.

The three leaders of each Division (PA General, the First Foundation Manager, and the City Mayor) and the Founders of Rori Enterprises will make up the High Council and the High Council Court. There will be a 2-floor building reserved to the High Council for High Council Meetings and High Council Court Sessions.
