Our Rules are pretty liberal but we intend on enforcing them strictly. The rules are the following:
1. There will be no threatening, discriminating, harming or rejecting other PA members unless we have declared that PA an enemy.
2. If someone decides to move into Terminus, they must join our PA unless they are part of an ally PA or they consent to paying an entry fee in order to simply reside or put together an independent company from Rori Enterprises in Terminus without having to become a member of Rori Enterprises, all Funds will apply even though they will not be part of the PA.
3. All members will be asked to donate some money into the City Construction Fund (A fund used to help build public and private buildings in the City) on a four weekl basis in order to build facilities that can be used by the entire community (e.g. Crafter Hall, Militia Hall, Elite Forces Hall, Ressource-Collectors Hall, City Services Hall, etc.), and into the City Services Fund (A fund used to pay the "Bus Drivers", if there are any, in our City).
Note: You can ask for a two week postponment when asked to give a donation to the City Construction Fund and a week postponment when asked to give a donation to the City Services Fund, after that, you must have a legitimate excuse for another postponment (Maximum postponments in a row: 2).
Note: These Funds will only be collected regularly if the fund size or member donation seems to be a problem.
4. In the SWG Forums, all members are permitted to post advertisements for Rori Enterprises but the post title may not contain the phrase "Official Thread" or any other guarantee of authenticity. The response address must be Virus_Man2k2@yahoo.com and the e-mail Subject "Rori Enterprises" and/or "SWG".
5. During times of war, all members of the Army Division and all members who have a minimum amount of either melee or ranged combat skills (number of skills will be determined when SW:G comes out and a minimum can be estimated) must be on full alert and ready to defend against and/or attack an enemy.
Note: The entire PA will be notified on this site and in SW:G about a declaration of war.
6. There will be no discrimination, threatening and/or any other form of seclusion towards "newbies", opposite sexes and/or different species.
7. All members must apply for the construction of a house and/or a private building inside of Terminus to the Official Architects from the City Construction Sub-Division.
8. All members are encouraged to post on our PA Forums at http://rori.conforums.com at least until the game is released.
9. The first fifteen Members of Rori Enterprises will be promoted to the status of Officer in order to simplify and amplify our in-game recruiting abilities. The first fifteen members of our PA are the first fifteen listed members on the Member Profiles page.
10. Members will act civilly and reasonably. Members will not "rip off" another player and advertise it even if the player in question is from a rival PA. A sale must be at a profit (unless it is a sale inside the PA) without ripping the buyer off.
11. Members will respect a society code that will be based on equality, freedom of speech (no matter how appauling) and solidarity. We're all stuck with each other. Learn to live with each other and work together. No member can be left behind or abandoned.
These Rules will be strictly applied and must be respected. If these rules are broken, a punishment will be given by the player's commanding officer. A hearing may be opened between the Player in fault, his commanding officer, and the High Council Court (Production Manager, City Mayor and the PA General) by e-mail at Virus_Man2k2@yahoo.com making sure that you include who you are(Division, Sub-Division, Name, etc.), your punishment, the name of the officer who gave out the punishment, what you are accused of, and your version of the story.
